OBISPO, a municipal corporation, as Grantee, all of her right, title and interest
in the following described property in the City of San Luis Obispo, County of
San Luis Obispo, State of California to wit:
A portion of Lots 2 and 3. Block 2, Fixlini Terrace according to the
map filed September 14, 1888, in Vol. A. Page 100 of Maps in the office
of the County Recorder, San Luis Obispo County, California. The property
is more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the most westerly corner of Lot 1; thence S 360 22' E a
distance of 75.00 feet to the True Point of Beginning; thence N 53°
38' E a distance of 6.00 feet; thence S 36° 22' E a distance of 75.00
feet; thence S 530 38' W a distance of 6.00 feet; thence N 36° 22' W
a distance of 75.00 feet to the True Point of Beginning.
Containing .010 acres, more or less.

AGREEMENT

THIS AGREEMENT, executed this �� day of Mgd,4 , 1965, by
and between JOSEPHINE M. TOMASINI, hereinafter called Grantor, and the CITY OF SAN
LUIS OBISPO, a municiapl corporation, hereinafter called City, witnesseth:
1. Grantor shall convey to the City .010 acres, more or less, lying along
Johnson Avenue.
2. City agrees to construct sidewalk, curb and gutter across the entire
frontage of the property being conveyed to the City.
3. Parties agree that the value of the land being conveyed to the City
is $338.00 and that it would have cost $252.00 to complete the im-
provements at the old curb line, leaving $86.00 to be paid to the
Grantor plus $82.50 for trees that will not be replaced, making a
total of $168.50 the City agrees to pay the Grantor upon execution of
this agreement.
4. City will provide all necessary engineering and legal work, remove
existing curb, gutter and driveway ramp, grading in excess of the
amount that would have occurred at the old curb line, construct
retaining wall across the frontage of the property with steps up to
the front yard, replace the concrete walk between the new steps and
the house, revise the concrete driveway, relocation of utilities and
pave out the street to the new gutter.
