EUGENE H. WIGGENHORN and MARJORIE M. WIGGENHORN, as Grantors, hereby grant
to the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a municipal corporation, as Grantee, all of their
right, title and interest in the following described property in the City of San
Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, to wit:
That portion of Lot 3, according to map attached to Decree of Partition
entered in the Superior Court of the State of California, in and for the
County of San Luis Obispo, on July 25, 1893 in Action No. 2041, entitled,
"Rebecca Johnson et al, dits" in the City of San Luis Obispo, County of
San Luis Obispo, State of California, described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the Northerly line of San Luis Obispo County
Road No. 29 (Known locally as Foothill Blvd.) at the Southwest corner of
said Lot; thence North 0° 12' West along the westerly line of said Lot;
a distance of 22.00 feet to a point; thence N 89° 50' E parallel to
Foothill Blvd. a distance of 91.99 feet to a point; thence on a curve to
the left tangent to last described line, with a radius of 20 feet through
an angle of 90° 02', for a length of 31.43 feet to a point; thence N 89°
48' E a distance of 8.00 feet to a point on the westerly property line of
Patricia Drive; thence S 0° 12' E along said line a distance of 42.01 feet
to a point on the Northerly line of Foothill Blvd; thence S 89° 50' W
along said Northerly line a distance of 120.00 feet to the point of beginning.
Containing .066 acres, more or less.

AGREEMENT

THIS AGREEMENT, executed this %30154- day of , 1965
by and between EUGENE H. WIGGENHORN and MARJORIE M. WIGGENHORN, hereinafter called
Grantors, and the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a Municipal Corporation, hereinafter
called City, witnesseth:
1. Grantors agree to convey to the City .066 acres, more or less,
lying along Foothill Boulevard.
2. City agrees to construct sidewalk, curb and gutter along the entire
frontage of the property being conveyed to the City.
3. Parties agree that the value of the property being conveyed to the
City is $1,876.00 and that in event the value of the land exceeds the
cost of the improvements set forth in Paragraph 2, the City will pay
the Grantors said-excess amount at the time of executing this agreement.
Said excess amount is $945.00.
4. City will provide all necessary engineering and legal work, grading
in excess of the amount that would have occurred at the old curb line,
relocate the utilities as necessary and pave out the street to the new
gutter.
