the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a municipal corporation, as Grantee, all of her right,
title and interest in the following described property in the City of San Luis
Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California to wit:
A portion of Lots 4 and 5. Block 3, Fixlini Terrace according to the
map filed September 14, 1888, in Vol. A, Page 100 of Maps in the office
of the County Recorder, San Luis Obispo County, California. The property
is more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the most westerly corner of Lot 4; thence N 53° 38' E a
distance of 8.99 feet; thence S 360 42' 20" E a distance of 100.00 feet;
thence S 53° 38' W a distance of 9.58 feet; thence N 36° 22' W a distance
of 100.00 feet to the point of beginning.
Containing .021 acres, more or less.

the Grant Deed dated May 6 , 19 65
from E. M. Houghton, formerly known as, E. M. Plato
to the City of San Luis Obispo, a Political Corporation, is hereby
acrep2ed in accordance with Resolution No. 549 (1959 aeries), re-
corded May 26, 1959, in Volume. 1002, Official records., Page 292,
San Luis Obispo County, California, and the grantee consents to
recordation thereof.

THIS AGREEMENT, executed this�day ofiQcA 1965, by and
between E. M. HOUGHTON formerly known as E. M. PLATO, hereinafter called Grantor,
and the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a Municipal Corporation, hereinafter called City,
witnesseth:
1. Grantor shall convey to the City .021 acres, more or less, lying along
Johnson Avenue.
2. City agrees to construct sidewalk, curb and gutter across the entire
frontage of the property being conveyed to the City.
3. Parties agree that the value of the land being conveyed to the City is
$696.00 and that in event the cost of the improvements set forth in
Paragraph 2 exceed said value, then the Grantors will pay said excess
amount at the time of executing this agreement. Said excess amount is
$72.00.
4. City will provide all necessary engineering and legal work, grading in
excess of the amount that would have occurred at the old curb line,
slope the lot in back of the new sidewalk, revise and pave the driveway,
replace the concrete curbing along driveway, furnish and plant one 15
' gallon size tree and sixteen 1 gallon size pyracantha, relocation of
.' utilities and pave out the street to the new gutter.
