SEITZ, hereinafter called Grantors, and the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a municipal corporation, hereinafter called City, witnesseth: 1. Grantors agree to convey to the City .010 acres, more or less, lying along Johnson Avenue. 2. City agrees to construct sidewalk, curb and gutter across the entire frontage of the property being conveyed to the City. 3. Parties agree that the value of the land being conveyed to the City is $337.00 and that it would have cost $715.00 to complete the improvements at the old line leaving $378.00 to be paid to the City; however, the City will give Grantors credit in the amount of $90.00 for three trees that will not be replaced, leaving a net amount of $288.00 to be paid by the Grantors to the City upon execution of this agreement. 4. City will provide all necessary engineering, legal work, relocation of utilities as necessary, revise the concrete driveways, remove trees, stump and fence as necessary for sidewalk construction and pave out the street to meet the new gutter.
