HARDIE, hereinafter called Grantor, and the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a municipal corporation, hereinafter called City, witnesseth: 1. Grantor shall convey .018 acres more or less lying along Foothill Blvd. and Crandall Way to the City. 2. Grantor agrees to construct sidewalk, curb and gutter along the frontage of the property being conveyed to the City. 3. City agrees to pay Grantor $444.00 for the property being conveyed to the City upon completion of the improvements set forth in Paragraph 2. 4.
