a municipal corporation, as Grantee, all of his right, title and interest
in the following described property in the City of San Luis Obispo, County of
San Luis Obispo,,State of California to wit:
A portion of a parcel of land in a portion of Lot 96 of the
resubdivision of Lot 3, California Park Subdivision, as shown
in Book 5 on Page 105 of Records of Surveys in the Recorder's
Office of the County of San Luis Obispo, described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the northerly line of Foothill
Blvd. and the : s w "I -y, line of aforesaid parcel; thence N 30°
03' 11" East along the northerly line of Foothill Blvd. a distance
of 16.00'; thence 22.39' along said line on a curve concave to the
right with a radius of .M' through an angle of 10 015145" to the
True Point of Beginning; thence North 30° 03' 11" East a distance
of 31.15'; thence along a curve concave to the left, with a radius
of 64', a length of 43.49' through an angle of 38° 55' 31" to a
point on the westerly line of Crandall Way; thence South 23° 14'
East on aforesaid line a distance of 11.121; thence along a curve
concave to the right, with a radius of 37.82' a length of 44.89'
through an angle of 6W -; thence South 44° 46' West a distance of
14.02'; thence along a curve concave to the left, with a radius

True Point of Beginning.

AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT, executed this X76- day of , 19659
by and between J. E. HARDIE, hereinafter called Grantor, and the CITY OF SAN LUIS
OBISPO, a municipal corporation, hereinafter called City, witnesseth:
1. Grantor shall convey .018 acres more or less lying along Foothill
Blvd. and Crandall Way to the City.
2. Grantor agrees to construct sidewalk, curb and gutter along the
frontage of the property being conveyed to the City.
3. City agrees to pay Grantor $444.00 for the property being conveyed
to the City upon completion of the improvements set forth in
Paragraph 2.
4. City will provide all necessary engineering, legal work and pave
out the street to the new gutter.
