FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION OF $174.00 (ONE HUNDRED SEVENTY FOUR DOLLARS AND
NO CENTS), M. ROSENTHAL and M. E. ROSENTHAL, as Grantors, hereby grant to the
CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a Municipal Corporation, all of their right, title, and
interest in the following described property in the City of San Luis Obispo,
County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, to wit:
That portion of the East half of the Southwest quarter of Section 36
in Township 30 South, Range 12 East, Mount Diablo Base and Meridian, in
the City of San Luis Obispo, State of California, according to the official
plat of the survey of said land approved by the Surveyor General on
November 30, 1867, described as follows:
Beginning at the Southwest corner of land as described in Volume 1293,
Page 712 of Official Records, County Recorders, County of San Luis Obispo,
State of California; thence S 720 02' 30" E (Rec. S 72° E) along the
northerly property line of Richard Street a distance of 103.14 feet to
a point; thence on a curve to the Northwest, tangent to last described
line, with a radius of 470 feet through an angle of 12° 28' 23" for a
length of 102.32 feet to a point; thence S 26° 17' 30" W (Rec. S 260 12' W)
a distance of 11.22 feet to the point of beginning.
Containing .0099 acres, more or less.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Grantors have hereunto caused their names to be sub-
scribed this 13 day of July 1965
