CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a municipal corporation, as Grantee, all of their
right, title and interest in the following described property in the City of
San Luis Obispo, Clunty of San Luis Obispo, State of California, to wit:
That portion of Lot D of Breed's Addition in the City of San Luis
Obispo, State of California, according to the map filed for record
January 25, 1889, in the office of the County Recorder of said County
described as follows:
Beginning at a point which bears S 20° 41' W 234.3 feet from Point
B.9;thence N o° 15' W a distance 50.00feet to the True Point of Beginning;
thence S 89° 55' W a distance of 6.00 feet to a point; thence N 00 15' W
a distance of 60.00 feet to a point; thence N 89° 55' E a distance of
6.00 feet to a point; thence S 0° 15' E a distance of 60.00 feet to the
True Point of Beginning.
