B. L. HASENRAMP and E. A. HASENRAMP, as Grantors, hereby grant to the
CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a municipal corporation, as Grantee, all of their
right, title and interest in the following described property in the City of
San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, to wit:
That portion of Lot D of Breed's Addition in the City of San Luis Obispo,
State of California, according to the map filed for record January 25, 1889,
in the office of the County Recorder of said County described as follows:
Beginning at a point which bears S 200 41' W 234.3 feet from point B.9;
thence S 89° 55' W a distance of 6.00 feet to a point; thence N 0° 15' W
a distance of 50.00 feet to a point; thence N 89° 55' E a distance of
6.00 feet to a point; thence S 0° 15' E a distance of 50.00 feet to the
point of beginning.
Containing .001 acres, more or less.

THIS AGREEMENT, executed this Q%% day of , 1965, by
and between B. L. HASENRAMP and E. A. HASENRAMP, hereinafter called Grantors and the
CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a municipal corporation, hereinafter called City, witnesseth:
1. Grantors shall convey to the City .008 acres, more or less, lying
along Ferrini Road.
2. City agrees to construct sidewalk, curb and gutter along the entire
frontage of the property being conveyed to the City.
3. Parties agree that the value of the land being conveyed to the City
is $252.00 and in event the cost of improvements set forth in
Paragraph 2 exceeds said value then the Grantors will pay said ex-
cess amount at the time of executing this agreement. Said excess
amount is $138.00.
4. City will provide all necessary engineering and legal work, relocatio
of utilities as necessary, revise the concrete driveway, selesate th 54,
replace one 15 gallon size tree and
Upave out the street to the new gutter.

AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT, executed this day of , 1965, by
and between B. L. HASENKAMP and E. A. HASENKAMP, hereinafter called Grantors and the
CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a municipal corporation, hereinafter called City, witnesseth:
1. Grantors shall convey to the City,.007 acres, more or less, lying
along Ferrini Road.
2. City agrees to construct sidewalk, curb and gutter along the entire
frontage of the property being conveyed to the City.
3. Parties agree that the value of the land being conveyed to the City
is $210.00 and in event the cost of improvements set forth in Paragraph
2 exceeds said value then the Grantors will pay said excess amount at
the time of executing this agreement. Said excess amount is $115.00.
4. City will provide all necessary engineering and legal work, relocation
of utilities as necessary, remove the large tree and replace it with a
15 gallon size tree and pave out the street to the new gutter.
