GRANT DEED
ROBERT R. BROWN and MAXINE I. BROWN, as Grantors, hereby grant to the
CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a Municipal Corporation, as Grantee, all of their
right, title and interest in the following described property in the City of
San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California to wit:
That portion of Lot 6 in the Deleissiguez Tract in the City of San Luis
Obispo described as follows:
Beginning at the most southerly corner of the intersection of Johnson
Avenue and Ella Street; thence S 36° 22' E a distance of 528.33 feet
to the True Point of Beginning; thence continuing S 360 22' E a distance
of 50.00 feet to a point; thence S 530 38' W a distance of 4.40 feet to
a point; thence N 36° 43' 02" W a distance of 50.00 feet to a point;
thence N 530 38' E a distance of 4.69 feet to the True Point of Beginning.
Containing .005 acres, more or less.

THIS AGREEMENT, executed this CP day of 19652
by and between ROBERT R. BROWN and MAXINE I. BROWN, hereinafter called Grantors
and the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a Municipal Corporation, bereinaf ter called City,
witnesseth:
1. Grantors shall convey to the City .005 acres, more or less, lying
along Johnson Avenue.
2. City agrees to construct sidewalk, curb and gutter along the entire
frontage of the property being conveyed to the City.
3. Parties agree that the value of the property being conveyed to the
City is $170.00 and that it would have cost $358.00 to construct
the improvements at the old line leaving $188.00 to be paid to the
City; however, the City will give Grantors credit in the amount of
$30.00 for a tree that will not be replaced leaving a net amount of
$158.00 to be paid by the Grantors to the City upon execution of this
agreement.
4. City will provide all necessary engineering, legal work, relocate
utilities as necessary, furnish and plant a hedge in back of new
sidewalk and pave out the street to the new gutter.
