STARKIE and ALICE L. STARKIE, hereinafter called Grantors and the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a Municipal Corporation, hereinafter called City, witnesseth: 1. Grantors shall convey to the City .002 acres, more or less lying along Ferrini Road. 2. Grantors agree to construct a six foot integral sidewalk along the entire frontage of the property. 3. City agrees to pay the Grantors $62.30 for the land being conveyed to the City Plus $42.50 for removing and reconstructing brick curbing and for the loss of one shrub, making a total of $104.80 the City agrees to pay Grantors upon completion of improvements set forth in Paragraph 2.
