GRANT DEED
STEPHEN T. QUINN and ROSELMA L. QUINN, as Grantors, hereby grant to the
CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a Municipal Corporation, as Grantee, all of their
right, title and interest in the following described property in the City of
San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California to wit:
That portion of Lot A of Breed's Addition to the City of San Luis
Obispo, in the City of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo,
State of California, according to the map thereof filed for record
in the office of the County Recorder of said County on January 25,
1889 in Book B, Page 33 of Maps, described as follows:
Beginning at stake B 14 as shown on said map; thence N 320 25' W
along the westerly property line of North Chorro Street a distance
of 317.4 feet to a point; thence S 570 04' W a distance of 253.37 feet to
the True Point of Beginning; thence S 11° 48' E a distance of 52.53 feet to
a point; thence S 11° 48' E a distance of 52.53 feet to a point; thence
S 57° 04' E a distance of 2.14 feet to a point on the easterly property
line of Ferrini Road; thence N 11° 48' W along the said easterly property
line a distance of 52.53 feet to a point; thence N 57° 04' W a distance
of 2.14 feet to the True Point of Beginning.
Containing .002 acres, more or less.

AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT, executed this b� day of , 19659
by and between STEPHEN T. QUINN and ROSELMA L. QUINN, hereinafter called Grantors
and the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a Municipal Corporation, hereinafter called City,
witnesseth:
1. Grantors shall convey to the City .002 acres, more or less, lying
along Ferrini Road.
2. Grantors agree to construct a six foot integral sidewalk along the
entire frontage,of the property.
3. City agrees to pay Grantors $73.50 for the land conveyed to the City
upon completion of the improvements set forth in Paragraph 2.
