GRANT DEED
J. H. MULLIN and DONNA E. MULLIN, as Grantors, hereby grant to the
CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a Municipal Corporation, as Grantee, all of their
right, title and interest in the following described property in the City of
San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, to wit:
That portion of Lot D of Breed's Addition to the City of San Luis
Obispo, in the City of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo,
State of California, according to the map thereof filed for record
in the office of the County Recorder of said County on January 25,
1889, in Book B, Page 33 of Maps, described as follows:
Beginning at an iron pipe at the Southwest corner of a parcel of land
shown on map recorded August 10, 1950 in Book 5, at Page 85 of Record
of Surveys; thence N 0° 50' W along the Easterly property line of
Ferrini Road a distance of 60.76 feet to a point; thence continuing
along the aforesaid Easterly line N 110 48' W a distance of 52.70 feet
to the True Point of Beginning; thence continuing N 11° 48' W a distance of
57.91 feet to a point; thence N 57° 021 E a distance of 2.14 feet to a
point; thence S 11° 481 E a distance of 57.91 feet to a point; thence
S 57° 021 W a distance of 2.14 to the True Point of Beginning.
Containing .0026 acres, more or less.

AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT, executed this 1� day of 19653,
by and between J. H. MULLIN and DONNA E. MULLIN, hereinafter called Grantors and
the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a Municipal Corporation, hereinafter called City,
witnesseth:
1. Grantors shall convey to the City .0026 acres, more or less,
lying along Ferrini Road.
2. Grantors agree to construct a six foot integral sidewalk along the
entire frontage of the property.
3. City agrees to pay Grantors $81.07 for the land being conveyed to
the City plus $15.00 for shrubs making a total of $96.07 the City
agrees to pay Grantors upon completion of the improvements set forth
in Paragraph 2.
