KOGAN and ELINOR V. KOGAN, hereinafter called Grantors and the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a Municipal Corporation, hereinafter called City, witnessethi 1. Grantors shall convey to the City .0029 acres, more or less, lying along Ferrini Road. 2. Grantors agree to construct a six foot integral sidewalk across the entire frontage of the property. 3. City agrees to pay Grantors $90.37 for the land being conveyed to the City plus $135.00 for relocating fence, revising brick planter, removal and loss of tree, loss of nine shrubs, relocate water service and yard sprinkler; making a total of $225.37 the City agrees to pay Grantors upon completion of improvements set forth in Paragraph 2. �.
