IRVIN J. KOGAN and ELINOR V. KOGAN, as Grantors, hereby grant to zhe
CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a Municipal Corporation, as Grantee, all of their
right, title and interest in the following described property in the City of
San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, to wit:
That portion of Lot D of Breed's Addition to the City of San Luis
Obispo, in the City of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo,
State of California, according to the map thereof filed for record
in the office of the County Recorder of said County on January 25,
1889 in Book B, Page 33 of Maps described as follows:
Beginning at the most northerly corner of the land described in the
deed to L. H. Miller etux, recorded March 28, 1946 in Book 403,
Page 483 of Official Records; thence S 57° 02V a distance of 179.25
feet to the True Point of Beginning; thence N 11° 48' W a distance
of 64.10 feet to a point; thence S 74° 26' W a distance of 2.00 feet
to a point on the Easterly property line of Ferrini Road; thence
S 11° 48' E along said Easterly property line a distance of 65.00 feet
to a point; thence N 570 02' E a distance of 2.14 feet to the True
Point of Beginning.
Containing .0029 acres, more or less.

AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT, executed this CA day of j 1965,
by and between IRVIN J. KOGAN and ELINOR V. KOGAN, hereinafter called Grantors and
the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a Municipal Corporation, hereinafter called City,
witnessethi
1. Grantors shall convey to the City .0029 acres, more or less, lying
along Ferrini Road.
2. Grantors agree to construct a six foot integral sidewalk across the
entire frontage of the property.
3. City agrees to pay Grantors $90.37 for the land being conveyed to the
City plus $135.00 for relocating fence, revising brick planter, removal
and loss of tree, loss of nine shrubs, relocate water service and yard
sprinkler; making a total of $225.37 the City agrees to pay Grantors
upon completion of improvements set forth in Paragraph 2.
