FOR A VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
BURT W. POLIN and JOSEPHINE E. POLIN, hereby REMISE, RELEASE AND FOREVER
QUITCLAIM to the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, the following described real
property in the City of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State
of California:
A pprrtign_of Lots 4 and 5, Block 2, Fixlini Terrace according to the
map,filed September 14, 1888, in Vol. A, Page 100 of Maps in the office
of the County Recorder, San Luis Obispo County, California. The
property is more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the most westerly corner of Lot 4; thence N 53° 38' E a
distance of 6.00 feet; thence S 36° 22' E a distance of 75.00 feet;
thence S 53° 38' W a distance of 6.00 feet; thence N 36° 22' W a
distance of 75.00 feet to the point of beginning.
Containing .010 acres, more or less.

THIS IS TO CERTIFY that the interest in real property conveyed by the
Quitclaim Deed dated August 4 1965
from Burt W. Polin and Josephine E. Polin
to the City of San Luis Obispo, a Political Corporation, is hereby
accepted in accordance with Resolution No. 549 (1959 Series), recorded
May 26, 1959, in Volume 1002, Official Records, Page 292, San Luis Obispo
County, California, and the grantee consents to recordation thereof.

THIS AGREEMENT, executed this `T day of _, 1965, by
and between BURT W. POLIN and JOSEPHINE M. POLIN, hereinafter called Grantors, and
the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a municipal corporation, hereinafter called City,
witnesseth:
1. Grantors shall convey .010 acres, more or less, lying along Johnson
Avenue to the City of San Luis Obiep6.
2. City agrees to construct sidewalk, curb and gutter across the entire
frontage of the property being conveyed to the City.
3. Parties agree that the value of the land being conveyed to the City
is $338.00 and that it would have cost $252.00 to complete the im-
provements at the old curb line, leaving $86.00 the City agrees to
pay to the Grantors. The City also agrees to pay the Grantors
$322.00 for lowering the sewer line and $104:25 for the loss of trees
and shrubs making a total of $515.25 the City agrees to pay the Grantors
upon execution of this agreement.
4. City will provide all necessary engineering and legal work, remove
existing curb, gutter and driveway ramp, grading in excess of the
amount that would have occurred at the old curb line, salvage, for
the Grantors, the used brick now in the present sidewalk area, slope
the yard in back of the new sidewalk, plant the slope bank with
suitable ground cover, remove existing driveway and construct 4 foot
wide concrete driveway, relocate lawn sprinklers,relocate water service
and pave out the street to the new gutter.
