J. E. BARRETT, as Grantor, hereby grants to the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO,
a Municipal Corporation, as Grantee, all of his right, title and interest in the
following described property in the City of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis
Obispo, State of California, to wit:
A portion of Section 36, Township 30 South, Range 12 East, Mount Diablo
Base Meridian, described as follows:

Beginning at the intersection of the Northerly line of Bishop Street
with the Northeasterly line of Johnson Avenue, said point of intersection
shown as point "B" on the map of the Goldtree Vineyard Tract on file in
the office of the County Recorder in Licensed Surveyors Book No. 1 at
page 14; thence S 36° 25'E along the Northeasterly line of Johnson Avenue
a distance of 229.72 feet to the True Point of Beginning; thence continuing
S 36° 25' E, a distance of 350.00 feet; thence N 53° 35' E a distance of
16.00 feet; thence N 36° 25' W a distance of 350.00 feet; thence S 53° 35' W
a distance of 16.00 feet to the true point of beginning.
Containing .128 acres, more or less.

CERTIFICATE OF ACCEPTANCE
THIS IS TO CERTIFY that the interest in real property conveyed by the
Grant Deed dated July 30 19 65
from J. E. Barrett
to the City of San Luis Obispo, a Political Corporation, is hereby
accepted in accordance with Resolution No. 549 (1959 Series), recorded
May 26, 1959, in Volume 1002, Official Records, Page 292, San Luis Obispo
County, California, and the grantee consents to recordation thereof.

AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT, executed this�day 6f_ �'ILI.�G/ , 1965,
by and between J. E. BARRETT, hereinafter called Grantor and the CITY OF SAN LUIS
OBISPO, a Municipal Corporation, hereinafter called City, witnesseth:
1. Grantor shall convey to the City .128 acres, more or less, lying along
jDknson Avenue.
2. City agrees to construct sidewalk,curb and gutter across the entire
frontage of the property.
3. City agrees to pay Grantor $3,640.00 for the land being conveyed,
less $2,500.00 that it would have cost to construct the improvements
at the old curb'.line, leaving a net amount of $1,140.00 the City agrees
to pay Grantor upon execution of this agreement.
4. City will provide all necessary engineering and legal work, grading in
excess of the amount that would have occurred at the old curb line,
slope the yard in back of the new sidewalk, regrade and replace the
driveway in kind, relocate utilities as necessary, extend the drainage
pipe, construct a drop inlet and pave out the street to the new gutter.
5. In the event the property is subsequently subdivided into ten (10)
or more lots within any two (2) year period, the City will be re-
imbursed for the cost of all the land acquired by the City ($3,640.00).
