Grantors agree to convey to the City .026 acres, more or less, lying along Foothill Boulevard. 2. City agrees to construct sidewalk, curb and gutter across the entire frontage4 the property being conveyed to the City. 3. Parties agree that the value of the property being conveyed to the City is $746.00 and that in event the value of the property exceeds the cost of the improvements set forth in Paragraph 2, the City will pay the Grantors said excess amount at the time of executing this agreement.. Said excess amount is $407.00. 4.
