BRUCE PARKER and JOAN PARKER, as Grantors, hereby grant to the
CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a Municipal Corporation, as Grantee, all of their

right, title and interest in the following described property in the City of
San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, to wit:
That portion of the Southeast 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section
22, Township 30 South, Range 12 East, M.D.M. according to the Official
Plat of said land approved by the Surveyor General, November 30, 1867,
described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the North line of County Road No. 29 which
bears N 89° 50' E, 348.40 feet from the Southeast corner of Lot 3,
as shown on the map attached to the Decree of Partition entered in
the Superior Court ofthe State of California in and for the County
of San Luis Obispo on July 25, 1893; thence N 0° 10' W a distance of
22.00 feet to a point; thence N 89° 50' E a distance of 52.18 feet to
a point; thence S 0° 10' E a distance of 22.00 feet to a point; thence
S 89° 50' W a distance of 52.18 feet to the point of beginning.
Containing .026 acres, more or less.

THIS IS TO CERTIFY that the interest in real property conveyed by the
Grant Deed dated August 18 19 65 ,
from Bruce Parker and Joan Parker
to the City of San Luis Obispo, a Political Corporation, is hereby
accepted in accordance with Resolution No. 549 (1959 Series), recorded
May 26, 1959, in Volume 1002, Official Records, Page 292, San Luis Obispo
County, California, and the grantee consents to recordation thereof.

AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT, executed thisday of , 1965, by
and between BRUCE PARKER and JOAN PARKER, hereinafter called Grantors and the
CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a municipal corporation, hereinafter called City,
witnesseth:
1. Grantors agree to convey to the City .026 acres, more or less,
lying along Foothill Boulevard.
2. City agrees to construct sidewalk, curb and gutter across the
entire frontage4 the property being conveyed to the City.
3. Parties agree that the value of the property being conveyed
to the City is $746.00 and that in event the value of the property
exceeds the cost of the improvements set forth in Paragraph 2, the
City will pay the Grantors said excess amount at the time of
executing this agreement.. Said excess amount is $407.00.
4. City will provide all necessary engineering and legal work,
grading in excess of the amount that would have occurred at the
old curb line, relocate utilities as necessary, revise driveway
as necessary and pave out the street to the new gutter.
