CHARLES M. BARER and WILLIAM E. BARER, as Grantors, hereby grant
to the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a municipal corporation, as Grantee, all
of their right, title and interest in the following described property
in the City of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of
California, to wit:
That portion of the northwest one- quarter of the northeast one-
quarter of Section 27, Township 30 South, Range 12 East, Mount
Diablo Meridian, according to the official plat of the survey of
said land approved November 30, 1867, by the Survey or General
described as follows:
Parcel 1
Beginning at the Southeast corner of the property described in
the deed to William Clark, recorded in Book 11, Page 417 of
deeds, records of said county; thence South 61° 21' 00" East
40.26 feet; thence N 89° 54' 02" E 173.56 feet to the True Point
of Beginning; thence continuing N 891 54' 02" E a distance of
525.00 feet to a point on the westerly line of Broad Street a
50 foot wide road; thence S 0° 11' 08" E along the westerly line
of Broad Street a distance of 79.97 feet to a point; thence
northerly along a 20 foot radius curve to the left and tangent
to the last described line, through an angle of 89° 54' 5011,
for a length of 31.39 feet to a point; thence S 89° 54' 02" W,
a distance of 505.12' to a point; thence N 0° 05' 58" W a distance
of 60 feet to the True Point of Beginning.
EXCEPT therefrom the Northerly one foot (1') strip of said land.
Parcel 2
WILLIAM E. BARER and CHARLES M. BARER also grant in fee simple to
the City of San Luis Obispo, the Northerly one (1') foot strip of land
described above in Parcel 1.

Grant Deed dated November 30, s, 19 65 31
from Charles M. Baker and William E. Baker
to the City of San Luis Obispo, a Political Corporation, is hereby
accepted in accordance with Resolution No. 549 (1959 Series), recorded
May 26, 1959, in Volume 1002, Official Records, Page 292, San Luis Obispo
County, California, and the grantee consents to recordation thereof.

AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT, executed this � day of , 1965,
by and between CHARLES M. BARER and WILLIAM E. BARER, and the CITY OF SAN
LUIS OBISPO, a Municipal Corporation, hereinafter called City,
vitnesseth:
1. CHARLES M. BAKER and WILLIAM E. BASER do; hereby agree to
reserve and deed to the City a one foot non access strip
along the north boundry of Ramona Drive and to submit to
the City Engineer a certified statement of costs for the
construction of Ramona Drive.
2, The City of San Luis Obispo does hereby agree to deny
access across this strip until CHARLES M. BASER and
WILLIAM E. BAKER, or their assigns, have been reimbursed
for one -half the cost of the land and street improvements
for this portion of Ramona Drive. Reimbursement shall be
applicable to January 1, 1975 in such amounts as shall be
determined by the City Engineer.
