right, title and interest in the following described property in the City of
San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, to wit:
That portion of lots B and C of Breed's Addition to the City of San Luis
Obispo in the City of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State
of California according to the map thereof recorded January 25, 1889
in Book B, page 33 of maps in the Office of the County Recorder of said
County, described as follows:
Beginning at point B.10 as shown on said map; thence S 89° 55' W a
distance of 50.00 feet; thence N 0° 15' W a distance of 9.00 feet;
thence N 89° 55' E a distance of 65.00 feet; thence S 0° 15' E a
distance of 9.00 feet; thence S 89° 55' W a distance of 15.00 feet
to the Point of Beginning.
Containing .0013 acres, more or less.
