GRANT DEED
BERNARD H. DUVENECK and ELIZABETH S. DUVENECK, as Grantors, hereby grant to
the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a municipal corporation, as Grantee, all of their
right, title and interest in the following described property in the City of San
Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, to wit:
A portion of Lot 15, Tract No. 11 according to the map filed May 1, 1932,
at Page 30, Volume 5, in the office of the County Recorder, San Luis
Obispo County, California. The property is more particularly described
as follows:
Beginning at the Northeast corner of Lot 15; thence S 89° 50' W a dis-
tance of 40.50 feet; thence S 0° 07' E a distance of 4.00 feet; thence
N 89° 50' E 40.50 feet; thence N 0° 07' W a distance of 4.00 feet to
the point of beginning.
Containing .0037 acres more or less.

AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT, executed this 5th day of January , 1966,
by and between BERNARD H. DUVENECK and ELIZABETH S. DUVENECK, hereinafter called
Grantors, and the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a municipal corporation, hereinafter
called City, witnesseth:
1. Grantors shall convey to the City .0037 acres, more or less,
lying along Foothill Boulevard.
2. Grantors agree to construct sidewalk, curb and gutter across the
entire frontage of the property.
3. City agrees to pay Grantors $64.80 for the land being conveyed
to the City upon completion of the improvements set forth in
Paragraph 2.
4. City will provide all necessary engineering, legal work and
pave out the street to the new gutter.
