FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of the issuance of a revocable permit
to erect improvements within the public street right -of -way, said improvements
consisting of: Retaining.Wall
the undersigned owners of property hereinafter described hereby covenant with
the City of San Luis Obispo to remove all of or any portion of said improve-
ments without cost to said City upon thirty (30) days written notice, which the
City of San Luis Obispo may, from time to time, request.
Said property is located in the City of San Luis Obispo, County of San
Luis Obispo, State of California, and is described as follows:
Lot 5, Block 4, Tract No. 30
Commonly known as: 1767 Conejo Avenue
This covenant shall run with the land and shall be binding upon the
undersigned owners, their heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns.
