OF IMPROVEMENTS WITHIN THE PUBLIC
RIGHT OF WAY
FOR AND IN CONSIDEPATION of the issuance of a revocable permit
to erect improvements within the public street right -of way, said improvements

the undersigned owners of property hereinafter described hereby covenant with ,
the City of San Luis Obispo to remove all of or any portion of said improve-
ments without cost to said City upon thirty (30) days written notice, which the
City of San Luis Obispo may, from time to time, request.
