CHURCH OF THE NAZARENE of San Luis Obispo, California, a corporation and
Eugene J. Medzyk and Denise L. Medzyk, husband and wife, as Grantors, hereby grant
to the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a municipal corporation, all of their right, title

and interest in the following described property in the City of San Luis Obispo,
County of San Luis Obispo, State of California to wit:
That portion of Lot 1, Block 34 of the City of San Luis Obispo,
County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, as per map recorded
in Book A. Page 168 of maps in the offices of the county recorder
of said County described as follows:
Beginning at the most westerly corner of Lot 1, Block 34 of City of
San Luis Obispo, said corner being the intersection of the north-
easterly line of Santa Rosa Street with the southeasterly line of
Walnut Street (formerly known as Sycamore Avenue and as Hathway
Avenue); thence northeasterly along the southeasterly line of Walnut
Street, a distance of 10 feet to a point; thence at right angles to
the southeasterly line of Walnut Street, southeasterly along a line
parallel to the northeasterly line of Santa Rosa Street, a distance
of 150 feet to a point on the southeasterly line of Lot 1, Block 34;
thence southwesterly along said southeasterly line of Lot 1, Block 34
a distance of 10 feet to the northeasterly line of Santa Rosa Street;
thence northwesterly along the northeasterly line of Santa Rosa Street
a distance of 150 feet to the point of beginning.
Containing ,0344 acres, more or less.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD for public street and highway purposes for so long a time as
the above described property is used as a public street or highway. If and when
there shall be a cessation of such public use of any part of said property, title
to such part shall automatically revert to Grantors, their successors and assigns.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Grantors have hereunto caused their names to be sub-

May 26, 1959, in Volume 1002, Official Records, Page 292, San Luis Obispo
County, California, and the grantee consents to recordation thereof.
