DEED OF EASEMENT
SAM H. STIEFEL, as Grantor, hereby grants to the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISP09
a Municipal Corporation, as Grantee, the following easement in the County of
San Luis Obispo, State of California, to wit:

Beginning at the northwest corner of said Lot; thence S 65° 06' 30" W
along the southerly property line of County Road #5 (Tank Farm Road) a
distance of 27.00 feet to a point; thence S 24° 50' E a distance of
47.00 feet to a point; thence N 65° 06' 30" E a distance of 27.00 feet
to a point on the westerly line of Edna Road; thence N 24° 50' W along
said westerly line a distance of 47.00 feet to the point of beginning.
Containing .029 acres, more or less.

THIS IS TO CERTIFY that the interest in real property conveyed by the
Deed of Easement dated April 25 0 1966
from Sam H. Stiefel
to the City of San Luis Obispo, a Political Corporation, is hereby
accepted in accordance with Resolution No. 549 (1959 Series), recorded
May 26, 1959, in Volume 1002, Official Records, Page 292, San Luis Obispo
County, California, and the grantee consents to recordation thereof.
