THIS AGREEMENT, executed this � � day of i li1 ,_ 1966 by and between VILLIAK ZANCHUCH and ARI.SNB ZANCHUM hereinafter called Grantors, and the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a municipal corporation, hereinafter called City, witnesseth: 1. Grantors agree m convey to the City .009 acres, more or less lying along Foothill Boulevard, 2. City agrees to construct sidewalk, curb and gutter across the entire frontage of the property being conveyed to the City. 3. City agrees to pay Grantors $722.00 for the property being conveyed to the City, less $257.40 for-the new sidewalk, leaving $464.60 the City will pay the Grantors upon execution of this agreement. The curb and gutter will be replaced at no cost to the Grantors. 4.
