DEED OF EASEMENT
FOR GOOD AND VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, the receipt and sufficiency
of which is hereby acknowledged, HARRY E. SERAFIN, as Grantor, hereby grants
to the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a Municipal Corporation, as Grantee, an ease-
meant located in the City of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of
California, shown on the map attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and incorporated by
reference, and described as follows, to wit:
An easement to construct, maintain, repair, replace, enlarge, operate,
and remove a public sanitary sewer line and appurtenances in and across
that portion of Block 4, Goldtree Vineyard Tract in the City of San Luis
Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, described as:
Beginning at the northeast corner of Lot 16;, thence S 260 30' West along
the southeasterly line of said lot a distance of 82.00 feet to the True
Point of Beginning; thence N 630 30' West a distance of 5.00 feet, said
easement to be 5 feet in width, lying two and one -half feet on either side
of the above described centerline.
Containing 25 square feet, more or less.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Grantor has hereunto caused his name to be sub-
scribed this lst day of July, 1966.

THIS IS TO CERTIFY that the interest in real property conveyed by the
Deed of Easement dated July 1 , 1966 ,
from Harry E. Serafin
to the City of San Luis Obispo, a Political Corporation, is hereby
accepted in accordance with Resolution No. 549 (1959 Series), recorded
May 262 1959, in volume 1002, Official Records, Page 292, San Luis Obispo
County, California, and the grantee consents to recordation thereof.

AGREEMENT
lT IS HEREBY AGREED by and between the C1TY OF SAN LUIS
OBISPO.. a Municipal Corporation, hereinafter called "City, " and
HARRY E. SERAFIN, hereinafter called "Owner, " as follows:
1. Owner hereby conveys to City the property set forth on that
certain Deed of Easement -for sewer purposes. Said Easement is not
to be recorded until payment of the sum hereinafter set forth has been
made to Owner.
2. City hereby agrees to pay Owner the sum of Five Hundred
Dollars ($500.00) for said Easement.
