JOHN B. ROOPE, LAWRENCE R. KIMMEY, and SHIRLEY L. KnOMY, as Grantors,
hereby grant to the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a Municipal Corporation, as Grantee,
all of their right, title and interest in the following described property in
the City of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California to
wit:
That portion of the Northwest quarter of the northeast quarter of
Section 1, Township 31 South, Range 12 East, Mount Diablo Meridian,
described as follows:
Beginning at the Northeast corner of Lot 122 of San Luis Obispo
Suburban Tract, according to the map thereof filed in Book 1, at
Page 92 of record of surveys; thence North 0° 22' West 40 feet to
the North line of Orcutt Road; thence South 89° 38' West along the
North line a distance of 686.91 feet to the True Point of Beginning;
thence continuing along said north line S 890 38' W a distance of
75.00 feet to a point; thence N 0° 22' W a distance of 18.00 feet

Beginning.

THIS AGREEMENT, executed this �� "" day of CIZ4 , 19662
by and between JOHN B. ROOPE, LAWRENCE R. KIMMEY, and S L. KIMMEY, herein-
after called Grantors and the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a Municipal Corporation,
hereinafter called City, witnesseth:
1. Grantors shall convey to the City .031 acres, more or less, lying
along Orcutt Road.
2. Grantors agree to construct sidewalk, curb and gutter across the
entire frontage of property being conveyed to the City.
3. City agrees to pay Grantors $391.50 for the land being conveyed
to the City plus $65.00 for additional grading required, making a
total of $456.50 to be paid to Grantors upon completion of the
improvements set forth in paragraph 2.
4. City will provide all necessary engineering and legal work and
pave out the street to the new gutter.
