AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT, executed this jay of , 19669
by and between D. F. BRUSSOW and ERSEL BRUSSOW, hereinafter called Grantors,
and the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a Municipal Corporation, hereinafter called City
witnesseth:
1. Grantors agree to convey to the City .016 acres, more or less,
lying along Broad Street.
2. Grantors agree to construct eight foot integral sidewalk, curb,
and gutter across the entire frontage of the property being
conveyed to the City.
3. City agrees to pay Grantors $476.00 for the land being conveyed
to the City plus $476.25 for the existing curb, gutter, and
sidewalk making a total of $952.25 the City agrees to pay Grantors
upon completion of the improvements set forth in paragraph 2.
4. City agrees to provide all necessary engineering and legal work,
remove existing curb, gutter, and sidewalk, relocate the water
meter and pave out the street to the new gutter.

GRANT DEED
D. F. BRUSSOW and ERSEL BRUSSOW, as Grantors, hereby grant to the

CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a municipal corporation, as Grantee, all of their right,
title, and interest in the following described property in the City of San Luis
Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, to wit:
That portion of Block 2 Lots 66x7 of the Imperial Addition as recorded
December 21, 1891 on Page 128 of Book A in the Office of the County
Recorder, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, described as
follows:
Beginning at the most southerly corner of Block 2; thence N 57° 30' E
along the Northwesterly property line of Woodbridge Street a distance
of 10.00 feet to a point; thence N32° 30' W a distance of 70.00 feet
to a point; thence S 57° 30' W a distance of 10.00 feet to a point.on
the Northeasterly property line of Broad Street; thence S 32° 30' E a
distance of 70.00 feet along the Northeasterly property line of Broad
Street to the point of beginning.
Containing .016 acres, more or less.

accepted in accordance with Resolution No. 549 (1959 Series), recorded
May 26, 1959, in Volume 1002, Official Records, Page 292, San Luis Obispo
County, California, and the grantee consents to recordation thereof.
