MAYOR - ATTEST: CLERK .r- C/) M . Cn AGREEMENT THIS AGREEMENT, executed this - -/ day of 1966 by and between CHARLES R. EASTER and ADELE G. EASTER, hereinafter called Grantors, and the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a municipal corporation, hereinafter called City, witnesseth: 1. Grantors shall convey to the City .136 acres, more or less, lying along Orcutt Road. 2. City agrees to construct sidewalk, curb and gutter across the entire frontage of the property being conveyed to the City. This construction includes three driveway ramps. 3. City agrees to pay the Grantors $1,722.60 for the land being conveyed to the City plus $177.84 for the loss of landscaping plus $400.00 for the loss of a trailer space, less $1,980.00 that it would have cost to construct the improvements at the old line, leaving $320.44 to be paid by the City to the Grantors upon execution of this agreement. 4. City will provide all necessary engineering and legal work, relocation of utilities as necessary, revise the driveways in kind to conform to the new ramps, slope the banks in back of the new sidewalk and pave out the street to the new gutter. 5. In the event the property is subsequently subdivided into four or more lots within any one year period, the subdivider will be required to reimburse the City for the cost of -the land acquired by the City ($1,722.60).
