SAN LUIS OBISPO LODGE #1401 - LOYAL ORDER OF MOOSE, a corporation, as
Grantor, hereby grants to the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO-$ a municipal corporation,
all of its right, title, and interest in the following described property in
the City of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, to
wit:
That portion of the northwest quarter of the northeast quarter of
Section 1, Township 31 South, Range 12 East, Mount Diablo Meridian,
described as follows:
Beginning at the northeast corner of Lot 122 of San Luis Obispo
Suburban Tract, according to the map thereof filed in Book 1, at
Page 92 of record of surveys; thence N 0° 22' W 40 feet to the
North line of Orcutt Road; thence S 89° 38' W along the North line
a distance of 486.91 feet to the True Point of Beginning; thence
continuing along said north line S 890 38' W a distance of 200.00
feet to a point; thence N 0° 22' W a distance of 18.00 feet to a
point; thence N 89° 38' E a distance of 180.45 feet to a point;
thence on a curve to the left with a radius of 15 feet through an
angle of 97° 30' for a length of 25.53 feet to a point; thence
S 70 52' E a distance of 35.26 feet to the True Point of Beginning.
Containing .084 acres, more or less.

CERTIFICATE OF ACCEPTANCE
THIS IS TO CERTIFY that the interest in real property conveyed by the
Grant Deed dated August 22 , 19 66 ,
from San Luis Obispo Lodge #1401 - Loyal Order of Moose
to the City of San Luis Obispo, a Political Corporation, is hereby
accepted in accordance with Resolution No. 549 (1959 Series), recorded
May 26, 1959, in Volume 1002, Official Records, Page 292, San Luis Obispo
County, California, and the grantee consents to recordation thereof.

AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT, executed this '<'fday of 1966, by
and between SAN LUIS OBISPO LODGE #1401 - LOYAL ORDER OF.MOOSE, a corporation,
hereinafter called Grantor, and the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a municipal
corporation, hereinafter called City, witnesseth:
1. Grantors agree to convey to the City .084 acres, more or less,
lying along Orcutt Road.
2. City agrees to construct curb, gutter, and sidewalk across the entire
frontage of the property being conveyed to the City. This construction
includes two driveway ramps.
3. Parties agree that the value of the land being conveyed to the City
is $1,055.60 and that it would have cost $1,224.00 to construct the
improvements at the old line, leaving $168.40 to be paid by the
Grantors to the City upon execution of this agreement.
4. City will provide all necessary engineering and legal work, relocation
of the water meter into the new sidewalk, slope the banks in back of
the sidewalk, revise driveways in kind to conform to the new ramps
and pave out the street to the new gutter. Grantors agree to connect
the building to the sewer main at no cost to the City before con-
struction of the above mentioned improvements by the City.
