ANTHONY MADRUGA and ANGIE C. MADRUGA, as Grantors, hereby grant to the
CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a municipal corporation, as Grantee, all of their
right, title and interest in the following described property in the City
of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California,
to wit:
A portion of Lots 4 and 5 of Block 1 of Norton's Addition to the City
of San Luis Obispo as designated upon the map of said addition filed
for record in the office of the County Recorder of said County on
October 24, 1901 and more particularly described as follows:
The easterly 10 feet of lot 4 and the easterly 10 feet of that portion
of Lot 5 as deeded to Anthony Madruga and Angie C, Madruga and recorded
in Volume 976, Page 170, Official Records of said County,

THIS IS TO CERTIFY that the interest in real property conveyed by the
Grant Deed dated October 13 19 66
from Anthony Madruga and Angie C. Madruga
to the City of San Luis Obispo, a Political Corporation, is hereby
accepted in accordance with Resolution No. 549 (1959 Series), recorded
May 26, 1959, in Volume 1002, Official Records, Page 292, San Luis Obispo
County, California, and the grantee consents to recordation thereof.

AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT, executed this_LLday of 1966,
by and between Anthony Madruga and Angie C. Hadruga, hereinafter called Grantors,
and the City of San Luis Obispo, a municipal corporation, hereinafter called City,
witnesseth:
1. Grantors agree to convey to the City .0246 acres, more or less, lying
along Broad Street.
2. Grantors agree to remove existing curb and gutter, sidewalk, retaining
wall and driveway and to construct new sidewalk, curb and gutter, retaining
wall and driveway at the new setback line.
3. City agrees to pay Grantors $751.80 for the land being conveyed to the City
plus $1792.70 for the loss of existing sidewalk, curb & gutter, retaining
wall, driveway, driveway ramp, steps and shrubs, removal of existing
improvements, additional fill required, relocation of fence, revision of
driveway and construction of steps making a total of $2544.50 the City
agrees to pay Grantors upon completion of the improvements set forth in
paragraph No. 2.
4. City will provide the necessary engineering, legal work, relocation of
water service and pave out the street to the new gutter.
