ATTEST: `,' f+ NP, 'r SAN LUIS OBISPO SCHOOL DISTRICT COUNTY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO STATE OF CALIFORNIA Dated: November 16, 1965 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TRANSFER OF REAL PROPERTY TO CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO 6T541r� The following resolution is hereby offered and read: WHEREAS, the San Luis Obispo School District duly adopted a resolution of intention to transfer the hereinafter described real property to the City of San Luis Obispo, and due notice was given thereof, and WHEREAS, this resolution is adopted by a unanimous vote of ail the members elected or appointed to the San Luis Obispo School District Board of Trustees, and WHEREAS, said real property is not now and will not at the time of transfer of title be needed for school classroom buildings by said District. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AND ORDERED by the Board of Trustees of the San Luis Obispo School District, State of California, as follows: 1. That the transfer of the hereinafter described real property to the City of San Luis Obispo be and hereby is authorized, said real property being more specifically set out on the attached sheets marked Exhibit A which is hereby expressly referred to and incorporated herein as though here fully set forth. 2. That the City of San Luis Obispo shall use said real property for street purposes only. 3. That the President of the Board of Trustees of the San Luis Obispo School District be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute on behalf of the San Luis Obispo School District a quitclaim deed transferring said real property to the City of San Luis Obispo, and also an agreement with the City of San Luis Obispo concerning said property. 4.
