COVENANT
The undersigned, owner of the property hereinafter described, hereby
Covenants with the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, on behalf of myself, my heirs,
administrators, executors, successors, or assigns, that the land hereinafter
described may be included in any petition to annex to the City of San Luis Obispo,
either inhabited or uninhabited, whether said petition is initiated by the City or
by individual petitions, and the undersigned will take no afBxmative action to
oppose or contest said annexation or to request exclusion from the boundaries
of the territory proposed to be annexed to the City.
This Covenant shall run with the land hereinafter described in favor of
the City of San Luis Obispo, a Municipal Corporation, and shall be enforceable
by said City against the undersigned, my heirs, administrators, executors,
successors or assigns.
Said property is located in the County of San Luis Obispo, State of
California., and is more particularly described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto
and hereby incorporated by reference herein.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have executed this Covenant in duplicate on
this 21st day of December, 1966.

CERTIFICATE OF ACCEPTANCE
THIS IS TO CERTIFY that the interest in real property conveyed by the
