map recorded March 8, 1873 in Book A, page 143 of Maps, and that portion of Block 10 ZE
of the City of San Luis Obispo, as per map recorded May 1, 1878 in Book A, page 168
of Maps, in the City of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of Calif-
ornia described as a whole as follows:
Beginning at a point in the Northwesterly line of Higuera Street, distant thereon
North 53° 07' East 245.88 feet from the intersection of said line with the center
line of Broad Street; thence continuing along the Northwesterly line of Higuera
Street, North 53° 07' East, 67.42 feet to the Southwesterly face of the Southwesterly
wall of that certain brick building known as the Warden Building,% thence Northwesterly
along the face of said wall to the most westerly terminus thereof; thence Northeasterly
along the Northwesterly face of the Northwesterly wall of said building 0.22 feet, more
or less to the Southwesterly line of the land described in the deed to Santos Cerribelli
recorded November 10, 1877 in Book J, page 300 of Deeds; thence North 36° 53' West along
said Southwesterly line to the intersection thereof with the Center line of San Luis
Obispo Creek; thence South 41° 25' 12" West along the center line of said creek, 69.08
feet, more or less, to a point in said center line which bears North 36° 53' West
from the point of beginning; thence South 36° 53' East 1%.00 feet, more or less, to
