The undersigned, owners of the property hereinafter described, hereby
Covenant with the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, on behalf of ourselves, our heirs,
administrators, executors, successors, or assigns, that the land hereinafter
described may be included in any petition to annex to the CITY OF SAN LUIS
OBISPO, either inhabited or uninhabited, whether said petition is initiated by the
CITY or by individual petitions, and the undersigned will take no affirmative action
to oppose or contest said annexation or to request exclusion from the boundaries
of the territory proposed to be annexed to the CITY.
This Covenant shall run with the land hereinafter described in favor of
the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a Municipal Corporation, and shall be enforce-
able by said CITY against ourselves, our heirs, administrators, executors,
successors, or assigns.
Said property is located in the County of San Luis Obispo, State of
California, and is more particularly described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto
and hereby incorporated by reference herein.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned have executed this Covenant
