OBISPO, a municipal corporation, all of their right, title, and interest in the
following described property in the City of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis
Obispo, State of California to wit:
That portion of Lot 4, Block 6 of the Arlington Addition in the City of
San Luis Obispo,_ State of California,,according to the map filed September 8,
1894 in Volume 1, Page 24 of Surveys in the Office of the County Recorder
of said County, described as follows:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of Lot 4 of said Arlington Addition;
thence, West along the No property line of Fredericks Street a
distance of 41.10 feet to the Southwest corner of said Lot 4; thence,
N 820.39' 16" E a distance of 41.43 feet, more or less, to the Easterly
property line of said Lot 4; thence, South along said Easterly property line
a distance of 5.30 feet, more or less, to the Point of Beginning.
IN WITNESS / WHEREOF, Grantors have hereunto caused their names to be subscribed
