CHESTER L. JOST and CLELLA M. JOST, as Grantors, hereby grant to the CITY
OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a municipal corporation, all of their right, title and
interest in the following described property in the City of San Luis Obispo,
County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, to wit:
That portion of Block 5 of the Imperial Addition as recorded Dec. 21, 1891
on Page 128 of Book A in the Office of the County Recorder, County of
San Luis Obispo, State of California, described as follows:
Parcel 1:
Beginning at the most Southerly corner of Block 5; thence N 320 30' W,
a distance of 80.00 feet along the Northeasterly property line of Broad
Street to a point; thence N 570 30' E a distance of 10.00 feet to a point;
thence S 320 30' E a distance of 80.00 feet to a point; thence S 570 30' W
a distance of 10.00 feet to the Point of Beginning.
Parcel 2•
Beginning at the most Westerly corner of Block 5; thence S 320 30' E
a distance of 90.00 feet along the Northeasterly property line of
Broad St. to a point; thence N 570 30' E a distance of 10.00 feet to a
point; thence N 32 30' W a distance of 90.00 feet to a point; thence S 570
30' W a distance of 10.00 feet to the Point of Beginning.

THIS IS TO CERTIFY that the interest in real property conveyed
by the Grant Deed dated January 19
19 67 , from Chester L. Jost and Clella M. Jost
to the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a Political Corporation, is
hereby accepted by the undersigned officer on behalf of the City
Council pursuant to authority conferred by Resolution No. 549
(1959 Series), recorded May 26, 1959, in Volume 1002, Official
Records, Page 292, San Luis Obispo County, California, and the
Grantee consents to recordation thereof by its duly authorized
officer or his agent.

AGREEMENT

by and between CHESTER L. JOST
and CLELLA M.
JOST, hereina ter called
Grantors
and the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a municipal corporation, hereinafter called
City, witnesseth:
1. Grantors shall convey to the City .039 acres, more or less, lying along
Broad Street.
2. City agrees to construct curb, gutter and sidewalk across the entire
frontage of the property being conveyed to the City.
3. City agrees to give Grantors credit in the amount of $850.00 for the
land being conveyed to the-City plus $461.10 for the existing curb,
gutter and sidewalk, less $1490.40 to construct the new curb, gutter
and sidewalk making a total of $179.30 to be paid by the Grantors to
the City upon execution of this agreement.
4. City will provide all necessary engineering and legal work, relocation
of utilities as necessary, slope the bank in back of the new sidewalk
at the southerly end of the project and pave out the street to the new
gutter.
