AGREEMENT

THIS AGREEMENT, made and executed by and between YOUNG BROS.
INVESTMENT CO., INC., a California corporation, hereinafter referred to as
"Owner, " and the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a Municipal corporation, herein-
after referred to as "City;"
WITNESSETH:
1 . Owner hereby conveys to City certain property for public street
and utility purposes, described on Exhibit "A" and shown on the map marked
Exhibit 'B ", both of which are attached hereto and hereby incorporated by
reference as though fully set forth herein.
2. C it hereby agrees that Owner shall have rights of access along the
southerly boundary of said parcel and further agrees that Owner shall not be
assessed by City for any of the street right of way improvements.
3. This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the
parties hereto, their successors in interest, heirs, administrators, and
assigns.
EXECUTED in duplicate this day of June, 1966.

EXHIBIT "A"
That portion of Lot No. 90 of the San Luis Obispo Suburban Tract, in the
County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, according to map recorded
February 7, 1906, in Book 1, Page 92 of Records of Surveys, on file in the
office of the County Recorder, County of San Luis Obispo, more particularly
described as follows:
Beginning at the northwest corner of Lot 90 of said Suburban Tract, said
corner point being also the southwest corner point of Lot 89; thence N 650
10' E, along the line common to Lots 89 and 90, a distance of 215.34 feet
to the True Point of Beginning; thence along a curve concave to the south
and tangent to the last described line, said curve with a radius of 230.00
feet; thru an angle of 231 04' 26" for a distance of 92.62 feet to a point of
reverse curve; thence along a curve concave to the north and tangent to
last described curve; with a radius of 270.00 feet, thru an angle of 23° 04'
26 ", for a distance of 108.73 feet to a tangent point on a line that is 40 feet
southerly of and parallel to the line common to Lots 89 and 90; thence N 651
10' E along said parallel line, a distance of 299.66 feet to the old P.C.R.R.
right -of -way; thence N 471 25'W along the westerly line of said P.C.R.R.
right -of -way a distance of 43.32 feet to the northeast corner of Lot 90;
thence S 65° 10' W along the line common to Lots 89 and 90 a distance of
478.98 feet to the True Point of Beginning.
Containing 0.36 acres more or less.

to the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a Political Corporation, is
hereby accepted by the undersigned officer on behalf of the City
Council pursuant to authority conferred by Resolution No. 549
(1959 Series), recorded YAy 26, 1959, in Volume 1002, Official
Records, Page 292, San Luis Obispo County, California, and the
Grantee consents to recordation thereof by its duly authorized
officer or his agent.
