San Luis Obispop California RIGHT OF WAY DEED
FOR A VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, receipt of which is
hereby acknowledged, ROZA C. LEAL, a single woman, hereby grants
to the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a municipal corporation, in further
consideration of the construction, maintenance and operation of a
drainage channel over the premises hereinafter described, the right
of way and incidents thereto for a drainage channel over that certain
real property situated in the County of San Luis Obispo, State of
California and described as follows:
Drainage Easement:
An easement for the construction and maintenance of a
drainage channel being 47 feet wide over a portion of Lots "G" and "J"
of R. R. Harris resubdivision of Lots 58, 61, 62, 63,64 and 65 of J. T.
Stratton's survey of Ranchos Canada de Los Osos & La Laguna, San Luis
Obispo County, State of California, as said Lots are shown on map
filed for record in Book "A" at Page 161 of Maps in the office of the
San Luis Obispo County Recorder, the centerline of said easement being
more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at a point on the South right of way line of
Madonna Road, distant South 39° 46' 29" East, 30.00 feet from Engineer's
centerline Station 35400.00 of Madonna Road as per State Highway Map
of V- SLO- 2 -SLO, recorded in Book 2 at page 617 of State Highway maps
in the office of the San Luis Obispo County Recorder; thence along said
South right of way line, as it now exists, South 50° 10' 16" West,
493.82 feet to the most Northerly corner of that parcel of land described
in deed recorded in Volume 560 at Page 45 of Official Records in the
office of said County Recorder; thence leaving said South right of way
line and running along the Northeast line of said parcel, South 46°
04' 00" East, 419.87 feet to the true point of beginning; thence South
52° 34' 30" West, 625.50 feet, more or less, to the Northeast line of
that parcel of land described in deed recorded in Volume 1344 at Page
645 of Official Records in the office of said County Recorder, and to the
end of said easement.

THIS IS TO CERTIFY that the interest in real property conveyed
by the Right of Way Deed dated January 18
19 67 , from Roza C. Leal
to the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a Political Corporation, is
hereby accepted by the undersigned officer on behalf of the City
Council pursuant to authority conferred by Resolution No. 549
(1959 Series), recorded May 26, 1959, in Volume 1002, Official
Records, Page 292, San Luis Obispo County, California, and the
Grantee consents to recordation thereof by its duly authorized
officer or his agent.
