LOUIS A. SOLDAVINI and JOY S. SOLDAVINI, as Grantors, hereby grant to
the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a municipal corporation, as Grantee, all of
their right, title and interest in the following described property in the
City of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California,
to wit:
That portion of the Southeast 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 22,
Township 30 South, Range 12 Baste M.D.M. according to the Official
Plat of said land approved.by the Surveyor General, November 30, 18679
described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the North line of County Road No. 29 which
bears N 890 50' Be 400.58 feet from the Southeast corner of Lot 3, as
shown on the map attached to the Decree of Partition entered in the
Superior Court of the State of California in and for the County of San
Luis Obispo on July 25, 1893 thence N 00 10' W a distance of 22.00
feet to a gointe thence N 89 50' B a distance-of 52.18 feet to a goint,
thence S 0 12' E a distance of 22.00 feet to a point, thence S 89 50' W
a distance of 52.18 feet to the point of beginning.
Containing .026 acres, more or less.

THIS IS TO CERTIFY that the interest in real property conveyed
by the Grant Deed dated March 16 ,
19 67 , from Louis A. Soldavini and Joy S. Soldavini
to the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a Political Corporation, is
hereby accepted by the undersigned officer on behalf of the City
Council pursuant to authority conferred by Resolution No. 549
(1959 Series), recorded May 26, 1959, in Volume 1002, Official
Records, Page 292, San Luis Obispo County, California. and the
Grantee consents to recordation thereof by its duly authorized
officer or his agent.

THIS AGREEMENT, executed this. day
of��� , 1967
by and between LOUIS A. SOLDAVINI and JOY S. SOLDAVINI, hereinafter called
Grantors and the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a municipal corporation, hereinafter
called City, w itnesseth:
1. Grantors agree to convey to the City .026 acres, more or less lying
along Foothill Boulevard.
2. City agrees to construct sidewalk, curb and gutter across the entire
frontage of the property being conveyed to the City.
3. City agrees to pay Grantors $742.20 for the land being conveyed to
the City plus $169.44 for the loss of trees and shrubs, less $313.08
it would have cost to construct the improvements at the old line,
leaving $602.56 to be paid by the City to the Grantors upon execution
of this agreement.
4. City will provide all necessary engineering and legal work, relocation
of utilities as necessary, shorten the side yard fence, relocate the
front yard fence to the back of the new sidewalk, revise the concrete
ribbon driveway and pave out the street to the new gutter.
