SOLDAVINI, hereinafter called Grantors and the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a municipal corporation, hereinafter called City, w itnesseth: 1. Grantors agree to convey to the City .026 acres, more or less lying along Foothill Boulevard. 2. City agrees to construct sidewalk, curb and gutter across the entire frontage of the property being conveyed to the City. 3. City agrees to pay Grantors $742.20 for the land being conveyed to the City plus $169.44 for the loss of trees and shrubs, less $313.08 it would have cost to construct the improvements at the old line, leaving $602.56 to be paid by the City to the Grantors upon execution of this agreement. 4. City will provide all necessary engineering and legal work, relocation of utilities as necessary, shorten the side yard fence, relocate the front yard fence to the back of the new sidewalk, revise the concrete ribbon driveway and pave out the street to the new gutter.
