THIS AGREEMENT, executed this 2nd day of Map

by and between GEORGE O. BETTENCOURT and CAROLINE 0. BETTENCOURT, hereinafter
called Grantors and the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISFOs a municipal corporation,
hereinafter called City, witnesseth:
1. Grantors shall convey to the City .09 acres, more or less,
lying along Higuera Street.
2. Grantors agree to construct 6 foot integral sidewalk, curb and gutter
across the entire frontage of the property conveyed to the City.
3. City agrees to pay Grantors $2,400.00 for the property conveyed
to the City, plus $213.00 for the existing sidewalk and curb,
making a total of $2,613.00 to be paid by the City to the Grantors
upon completion of the improvements set forth in paragraph number
two.
4. City will provide all necessary engineering, legal work, relocation
of utilities as necessary, construct the drop inlet, and pave out
the street to the new gutter.
