right, title and interest in the following described property in the City of

by and between SAMUEL T. WELLS and ELENA WELLS, her inafter called
Grantors, and the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a Municipal Corporation, herein-
after called City, vitnesseth:
1. Grantors shall convey to the City .026 acres, more or less, lying
along Foothill Boulevard.
2. Grantors agree to construct-sidewalk, curb and gutter along the
entire frontage of the property conveyed to the City.
3. City agrees to pay Grantors $746.17 foi.the land conveyed to
the City, $7004 for the loss of landscaping, $72.00 to adjust
the concrete driveway and $12.5.00 to remove the tree by the roots,
making a total of $1014.11 to be paid by the City to the Grantors
upon completion of the improvements set forth in paragraph number
two.
4. City agrees to provide all necessary engineering, legal work,
relocate utilities as necessary and pave out the street to
the new gutter.
