hereby GRANT(S) to the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a Municipal Corporation, rights of ingress
thereto and. egress therefrom, together, with easements to construct, maintain, operate, patrol,
reconstruct, repair, remove, replace, increase:and/or change the number-and/or sizes of pipes,
pipelines, hydrants, accessories and appurtenances, for the conveyance•and distribiition of water
under, along and upon. parcels of land situate in Section 27, !Township 30, Range 12; East, Mount
Diablo Meridian, San Luis Obispo County, State of California, and described in -those certain
deeds recorded.in Volume 73, Page 152, and Volume 157, Page 154 of Official Records, Office of
the San Luis Obispo County Recorder, and more particularly the special use areas hereinafter
described and also shown on the attached sheet marked Exhibit "A, " which said Exhibit is ex-
pressly referred to and incorporated herein as though here ;fully set forth.
A ten foot (10) wide strip of land, the centerline of which.is described subsequent to the True
Point of Beginning, as follows:
Commencing at the intersection of the centerlines of Serra to Drive and Bressi Place-as shown
upon .a Map recorded in Records of Surveys Book.7 at Page 93, records of San Luis Obispo County,
State of California; thence, following the centerline of.Bressi Place South 190 32' East 21.13 feet
to a point on the Southerly line, of Serrano Drive; thence, following the Southerly line of Serrano.
Drive South 890 21' West 5.28 feet to the True Point of Beginning; thence, South 190 32' East
434.87 feet to a point; thence, South 650 28' West 773.84 f Let, being the end of the herein
described line.
