BETWEEN John B. Isola, of the County of San Luis Obispo,
State of California, the party of the first part, and

the City of San Luis Obispo, a municipal corporation of
the State of California, the party of the second part,
viITNESSETH: That the said party of the first part, for
and in consideration of the sum of One Dollar, lawful
money of the United States of America, to him in hand
paid by the said party of the second part, the receipt
-,hereof is hereby acknowledged, does by these presents
grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm for street
purposes unto the said party of the second part and to
its successors and assigns forever, all that certain
lot, piece or parcel of land situate, lying and being
in the City of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obis-oo,
State of California, and particularly described as follows,
to -wit:
Commencing at a point in the southeasterly line of
Pismo Street distant 35.7 feet North 49 °45" East from
the North corner of Lot Four (4) Block Nineteen (19) of
the Central Addition to the City of San Luis Obispo, and
rennin thence North 49 °45" East along the extension of the
South^efly line of Pismo Street 234.3 feet to the Southern
Pacific :tight of ties §; thence Northerly along the 1.'esterly
line of said Right of '.7ay 63.4 feet to a point therein
where the extension of the northwest line of Pismo Street
intersects the �;,'esterly line of said Right of +•ay; thence
South 49 145" West along the extension of the Northwesterly
line of Pismo Street 206.9 feet to a point in the North-
westerly line of Pismo Street distant 33.6 feet North 49°45"
East from the East corner of Lot Eleven (11),oBlock Sixteen
(16) of said Central Addition, thence South 78.4 feet to
point of beginning.
TOGETHER with all and singular the tenements, heredita-
ments and appurtenances thereunto belonging, or in any
wise appertaining, and the reversion and reversions,
remainder and remainders, rents, issues and profits thereof.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD all and singular the said premises,

A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING FROM JOHN B. ISOLA A DEED
E%TE.9DING PISMO STREET TO SOUTHERN PACIFIC RIGHT
OF WAY.
Be it resolved by the Council of the City of San
Luis Obispo, as-follows:
That certain deed dated September 30, 1921, made
by John B. Isola to the City of San Luis Obispo, for
street purposes, of the property hereinafter described
is by said city hereby accepted:
Commencing at a point in the southeasterly line of
Pismo Street distant 35.7 feet North 49 045" East from
the north corner of Lot Four (4) Block Nineteen (19) of
the Central Addition to the City of San Luis Obispo, and
running hence North 49 °45" East along the extension of the
Soutf e�ly line of Pismo Street 234.3 feet to the Southern
PaeiA o Right of way; thence Northerly along the Westerly
line of said Right of Fray 63.4 feet to a point therein
where the extension of the North *esteYyy line 'of Pismo Street
intersects the Westerly line of said Right of way; thenoe
South 49 045" [hest along the extension of the Northwesterly
line of Pismo Street 206.9 feet-to a point in the Forth -
westerly line of Pismo Street distant 33.6 feet Borth 49 045"
East from the East corner of Lot Eleven (11), Block Sixteen
(16) of said Central Addition, thence South 78.4 feet to
point of beginning.
