GRANT DEED
M. C. MARTINSEN and MARIAN J. MARTINSEN, as Grantors, hereby grant to
the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a municipal corporation, as Grantee, all of their
right, title and interest in the following described property in the City of
San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, to wit:
That portion of the Southeast 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section
22, Township 30 South, Range 12 East, M.D.M. according to the Official
Plat of said land approved by the Surveyor General, November 30, 1867,
described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the North line of County Road No. 29 which
bears S 89° 50' W 4.68 feet from the Southeast corner of Lot 3, as shown
on the map attached to the Decree of Partition entered in the Superior
Court of the State of California in and for the County of San Luis
Obispo on July 25, 1893, thence S 89°50' W a distance of 104.36 feet
to a point; thence N 0 °10' W a distance of 22.00 feet to a point; thence
N 89° 50' E a distance of 88.36 feet to a point; thence on a curve to the
left tangent to last described line, with a radius of 16 feet through an
angle of 90° for a length of 25.13 feet to a point; thence tangent to said
curve S 0° 10' E a distance of 38.00 feet to the Point of Beginning.
Containing .054 acres, more or less.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Grantors have hereunto caused their names to be

THIS IS TO CERTIFY that the interest in real property conveyed
by the Grant Deed dated July 12 ,

M. C. Martinsen and Marian J. Martinsen
to the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a Political Corporation, is
hereby accepted by the undersigned officer on behalf of the City
Council pursuant to authority conferred by Resolution No. 549
(1959 Series), recorded Way 26, 1959, in Volume 1002, Official
Records, Page 292, San Luis Obispo County, California, and the
Grantee consents to recordation thereof by its duly authorized
officer or his agent.

by and between M. C. MARTINSEN and MARIAN 4 MARTINS , hereinafter called
Grantors, and the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a Municipal Corporation, herein-
after called City, witnesseth:
1. Grantors shall convey to the City .054 acres, more or less, lying along
Foothill Boulevard.
2. City agrees to construct sidewalk, curb and gutter across the entire
frontage of the property conveyed to the City when construction money
is made available.
3. City agrees to pay Grantors $1528.15 for the land being conveyed to
the City, plus $343.37 for the loss of landscaping, less $718.68 for
the new sidewalk, curb and gutter, leaving $1152.84 to be.paid by the
City to the Grantors upon execution of this agreement.
4. City agrees to provide all engineering, legal work, relocate utilities
as necessary, and to pave out the street to the new gutter.
