to the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a municipal corporation, as Grantee, all
of their right, title and interest in the following described property in
the City of .San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California,
to wit:
That portion of the South half of Section 36, Township 30 South, Range
12 East, of the Mount Diablo Base Meridian, in the City of San Luis
Obispo, County of San:Luis Obispo,,. State of California, according to
the official plat or plats of surveykof said lands returned to the
General Land Office by the Surveyor General, described as follows:
Beginning at Corner No, 16,' Goldtree Vineyard Tract, in Section 36,
Township'30 South, Range 12 East, Mount Diablo Base Meridian; thence
S 60 30' E a distance of 884.35 feet; thence N 720 00' W a distance
of 136.88 feet; thence S 300 08'-W a distance of 289.80 feet to a
point on the Northerly line of Johnson Avenue, said point being the
True Point of Beginning.
Thence along a curve concave to the Northeast having a.chord which
bears N 640 02' 30" W for a length of 179.59 feet from said point, said
curve passing through an angle of 130 23' 38" with a radius of 770
feet for a length of 180.00 feet; thence N 300 08' E a distance of
11.61 feet to a point; thence along a curve concave to the Northeast
having a chord which bears S 630 04' 04" E for a length of 179.39
feet from said point, said curve_ passing through an angle of 130 31' 13"
with a radius of 762 feet fo: a length of 179.81 feet; thence
S 30' 08" W a distance of 8.55 feet to the True Point of Beginning..

THIS AGREEMENT. executed this a± ' of )-.L-
by and between LEONARD G. BLASER and REBECCA R. BLASER, hereinafter called
Grantors, and the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO. a municipal corporation, hereinafter
called City, witnesseth:
1. Grantors shall convey to the City .042 acres, more or less, lying along
Johnson Avenue.
2. Grantors agree to construct six foot integral sidewalk, curb and gutter
along the entire frontage of the property conveyed to the City.
3. City agrees to pay Grantors $1,088.40 for the property conveyed to the
City plus $624.00 for grading in .excess of the amount that would have
occurred at the old curb line, making a total of $1712.40 the City
agrees to pay Grantors upon completion of the improvements set forth in
paragraph number two.
4. City will provide all necessary engineering and legal work and pave out
the street to the new gutter.
5. In the event the property is subsequently subdivided into four or more
lots within any one year period, the subdivider will be required to
reimburse the City for the Cost of the land acquired by the City for
street widening . ($1,088.40)
