COVENANT
The undersigned, owners or optionees of the real property hereinafter
described, hereby Covenant with the CrrY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a Municipal
Corporation, hereinafter called "City, " on behalf of ourselves, our heirs,
administrators, executors, successors or assigns, that the real property which
is the subject of this Covenant may be included in any petition or application to annex
to City, either inhabited or uninhabited, whether said petition or application is
initiated by City or by individual petitioners, and the undersigned agrees to take
no affirmative action to oppose or contest said annexation or to request exclusion
from the boundaries of the territory proposed to be annexed to City.
The undersigned further agree to take any and all reasonable steps requested
by City to further such annexation. It is understood and agreed that this Covenant
shall run with the land hereinafter described in favor of City and the undersigned
acknowledge that the right to connect to and continue to use the City's water and sewer
facilities will be conditional upon the performance by the undersigned of the obligations
set forth herein. The extension of such City utilities shall be the subject of a separate
agreement between the undersigned and City, which shall insure that such services
will be furnished only in accordance with City ordinances, resolutions and policies
governing such connections.
The real property affected by this Covenant, and hereafter subject thereto,
is located in the County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, and is more particula
described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and hereby incorporated by such reference
herein.

That portion of Lot 3 in Section 10, Township 31 South, Range 12 East, Mount Diablo
Meridian, in the County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, according to the
official plat thereof and.those portions of Lots 6 and "O" of Harford and Chapman Sub-
division in said County and State, as per map filed in Book "B" Page 30 of Maps, in the
office of the County Recorder of said County, included within the following described
lines:
Beginning at the westerly terminus of the course shown as South 820 00' West 165.00
feet in.the southerly boundary of the 22.389 acre parcel of land, shown on a map filed
in Book 7 Page 61 of Record of Surveys in the office of the County Recorder of said
County; thence along the boundary of the parcel of land shown on said Record of Survey
Map as follows: North 821 00' East 165.00 feet,. South 880 00' East, 138.60 feet, North
750 00' East 118.00 feet, North.330 30' East 129.36 feet to the Southwesterly corner of
Lot 7 of said Harford and Chapman Subdivision; thence Easterly along the Southerly line
of Lot 7 to the Northwesterly line of the public road leading from the City of San Luis
Obispo to the Town of Avila; thence Southwesterly along the Westerly line of said road
to the Northeasterly corner of the property described in.the deed to Harry A. Patton,.
dated April 15, 1933, and recorded in Volume 134 of Official Records at Page 266; thence
along the Northerly line of said property North 690 24' West 217.60 feet; thence South
280 18' West 347 feet; . thence North 690 24' East 2.23 feet; thence South 280 18' West
to the Southerly line of Lot 3 in said Section 10; thence Northwesterly along said Southerly
line to the Easterly line of the land described in the deed to the State of California, re-
corded December 14, 1961, in Book 1160 Page 449 of said Official Records; thence
Northerly along, said last mentioned - Easterly line to the Southerly terminus of course (4)
as- described in said deed to the State of California; thence continuing along said last
mentioned Easterly line as follows: North 230 59' 41 East 188.52 feet; North 43° 57'
02" East 328.53 feet and North 301 46' 31" East 160.74 feet to the Northerly.boundary
of the land described in the deed to Peter R. Andre, et al,, recorded November 5, 1958,
