FERNS E. WISE, as Grantor, hereby grants to the CITY OF SAP LUIS OBISP09
a Municipal Corporation, as Grantee, all.of her right, title and interest in the
following described property in the City of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis
Obispo, State of California, to Wit:
A portion of Lot 3 of subdivided land As shown on a map entitled, Map
of Lands belonging.to the heirs of Jerry J. Johnson, deceased, parti-
tioned by the order of the Superior Court of San Luis Obispo County,
May 299 1893. Said map is filed in Volume 20, at page 489, Book of Deeds,
in the Office of the County Recorder, San Luis Obispo County, California.
The portion is more particularly described as follows: Beginning at .
corner 11J -111, as shown on the aforesaid map; thence along a line bearing
S 890 50' We a distance of 168.40 feet to the true point of beginning;
thence continuing S 890 50' We a distance of 175.45 feet; thence N 00 10' We
a distance of 22 feet; thence N 890 50' E, a distance of 175.45 feet;
thence S 00 10' He a distance of 22 feet to the true point of beginning.
Containing .088 acres, more or less.

hereby, accepted by the undersigned officer on behalf of the City
Council pursuant to authority conferred by Resolution No. 549
(1959 Series), recorded Way 26, 1959, in Volume 1002, Official
Records, Page 292, San Luis Obispo County, California, and the
Grantee consents to recordation thereof by its duly authorized

THIS AGREEMENT, executed this `day of
by and between FERNS B. MSS, hereinafter called Grantor, and the CITY OF SAN
LUIS OBISPO, a municipal corporation, hereinafter called City, witnesseth:
1. Grantor shall convey to the City .088 acres, more or less, lying along
Foothill Boulevard,
2. City agrees to construct sidewalk, curb and gutter across the entire
frontage of the property conveyed to the City when construction money
is made available.
3. City agrees to pay Grantor $2,509.00 for the property being conveyed
to the City plus $88.92 for the loss of landscaping, less $19052.70 for
the new sidewalk, curb and gutter, leaving $1,545.22 to be paid to the
Grantor upon execution of this agreement.
4. City will provide all necessary engineering, legal work, relocation of
utilities, revise the driveways in kind, and pave out the street to
the new gutter.
