ROBERT M. BOSTROK9 DON M. MORRIS, and JEAN MORRIS, as Grantors, hereby
grant to the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a Municipal Corporation, as Grantee, all
of their right, title, and interest in the following described property in the
City of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, to wit:
A portion of Lot 2, Tract No. 11, according to the map filed May 1, 1932,
at Page 30, Volume 59 in the Office of the County Recorder, San Luis Obispo
County, California. The property is more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot 2; thence N 89° 50' E a distance of
110.50 feet; thence S 0° 07' E a distance of 9.83 feet; thence N 880 48' 46"
W a distance of 110.53 feet; thence N 0° 07' W a distance of 7.22 feet to the

Council pursuant to authority conferred by Resolution No. 549

THIS AGREEMENT, executed this jj .v�day of 19679
by and between ROBERT M. BOSTROM, DON M. MORRIS and JEAN MORRIS, hereinafter called
Grantors, and the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a municipal corporation, hereinafter
called City, witnesseth:
1. Grantors shall convey to the City 9022 acres, more or less, lying along
Foothill Boulevard.
2. City agrees to construct sidewalk, curb, and gutter along the entire
frontage of the property being conveyed to the City, when construction
money is made available.
3. City agrees to pay Grantors $612.30 for the land conveyed to the City
Plus $117.15 for the loss of the tree and hedge, lose $663.00 for the cost
of -the sidewalk, curb, and gutter, leaving $97.13 to be paid by the City
to the Grantors upon execution of this agreement.
4. City agrees to provide all necessary engineering and legal work, relocate
utilities as necessary, slope the bank behind the sidewalk, relocate fence
to back of sidewalk, revise the driveway in kind, and pave out the street
to the new gutter.'
