DEED OF EASEMENT
DOMINIC BRESSI and FRANCES S. BRESSI, as Grantors, hereby grant to
the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a Municipal Corporation, as Grantee, the
following easement in the City of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis
Obispo, State of California, to wit:
An easement, with rights of ingress thereto and egress therefrom,
to construct, maintain, operate, patrol, reconstruct, repair, remove,
replace, increase and or change the number and or sizes of pipes,
pipelines, manholes, cleanouts, accessories and appurtenances, for
a sanitary sewer system under, along and upon parcels of land
situated in Section 279 Township 30, Range 12 East, Mount Diablo
Meridian, San Luis Obispo County, State of California and described
in those certain deeds recorded in Volume 73, Page 152, and Volume 157,
Page 154 of Official Records, Office of San Luis Obispo County
Recorder, and more particularly the special use of areas hereinafter
described and also shown on the attached sheet marked "Exhibit A ",
which said exhibit is expressly referred to and incorporated herein
as though here fully set forth.
A ten foot (101) wide strip of land, the center line of which is
described subsequent to the True Point of Beginning as follows:
Commencing at the intersection of the centerlines of Serrano Drive
and Bressi Place as shown on a map recorded in records of surveys
Book 7 at Page 93, records of San Luis Obispo County, State of
California: thence, following the centerline of Bressi place South
19°32' East 21.14 feet to a point on the Southerly line of Serrano
Drive; thence following the Southerly line of Serrano Drive North
89° 21' Bast 3.70 feet to the True Point of Beginning; thence,
South 19° 32' East 220 feet, being the end of the herein described
line.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Grantors have hereunto caused their names to be
