DEED OF PARTIAL RECONVEYANCE

The undersigned corporation, as Trustee, or as substitute Trustee, under that certain Deed of Trust
executed by Aiwa Mehlschau and H. C. Mehlschau, her husband
as Trustor, dated April 2 ,197, and recorded on April 5 , 19_3,
in the office of the Recorder of the County of San Luis Obi spo ,
State of California, Series Number 6535 , in Book 1234 of Official Records, at page 230
pursuant to the written request of the beneficiary, does hereby grant and reconvey, without warranty expressed or implied
as to title, possession or encumbrance, to the person or persons legally entitled thereto, all the right, title and interest de-
rived by the undersigned corporation, pursuant to said Deed of Trust, in and to that portion only of the real property con-
veyed thereby which is situated in the County of San Luis Obispo State
of California, and described as follows:

Plat of said land approved by the Surveyor General.. November 30, 1867.,
described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the North line of County Road No. 29 which
bears N 890 501 Ej 35.32 feet from the Southeast corner of Lot 3, as
shown on the map attached to the Decree of Partition entered in the
Superior Court of the State of California in and for the County of
San Luis Obispo on July 25; 1893; thence N'0° 101W a distance of
.38.00 feet to a point; thence on a curve to the Southeast tangent to
the last described line with a radiu "s of 16.00 feet through an
angle of 900 for a length of 25.13 feet to a point; thence N 89° 501 E
a distance of 88.36 feet to a point; hence S 0° 10' E a distance
of 22.00 feet to a point; thence S 89 50' W a distance of 104.36 feet
to the point of beginning.
